The inaugural season of the Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup is gaining serious momentum. Harley-Davidson, in partnership with MotoGP, has confirmed additional teams for the 2026 championship, unveiled the official weekend race format, and announced that exclusive ticket packages are now on sale for all six rounds.

As anticipation builds for the world’s first global racing series dedicated exclusively to performance-built Harley-Davidson baggers, the championship is quickly shaping up to be one of the most talked-about additions to the MotoGP paddock.

The provisional entry list continues to grow with the confirmation of Niti Racing (Indonesia), joining previously announced teams:

Niti Racing becomes Indonesia’s first team to compete on the MotoGP stage, bringing national pride and a new Southeast Asian presence to the championship. The team is built on a foundation of professional racing development and long-term global ambition—adding fresh international energy to the series.

In another boost for the debut season, Joe Rascal Racing has been approved to expand from two to three riders. The provisional grid now stands at four teams and nine riders, with additional team discussions ongoing. A full rider lineup announcement is expected in the coming weeks.

Harley-Davidson and MotoGP have also confirmed the official weekend schedule for the majority of rounds.

The six-round 2026 Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup schedule includes:

  • United States – Circuit of the Americas (March 27–29)
  • Italy – Mugello (May 29–31)
  • Netherlands – TT Circuit Assen (June 26–28)
  • Great Britain – Silverstone Circuit (August 7–9)
  • Aragón (Spain) – MotorLand Aragón (August 28–30)
  • Austria – Red Bull Ring (September 18–20, Championship Round)

Dedicated Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup ticket packages are now on sale for all six rounds. Each package includes:

  • Access to a Harley-Davidson branded grandstand
  • Dedicated motorcycle parking
  • Helmet and jacket storage (availability limited)
  • Exclusive Harley-Davidson Fan Pack
  • Paddock and team garage access
  • Access to the MotoGP and Harley-Davidson Fan Zone

The Bagger World Cup race bikes are built from the Harley-Davidson Grand American Touring platform and transformed by Harley-Davidson Factory Racing into purpose-built competition machines.

Each race-prepared Harley-Davidson Road Glide features:

  • Milwaukee-Eight 131R race-modified V-Twin engine
  • Purpose-built chassis, suspension, brakes, and electronics
  • Extensive weight reduction and aerodynamic refinement
  • Over 200 horsepower
  • Top speeds approaching 186 mph (300 km/h)

The result is a visually imposing, high-horsepower American V-twin race machine unlike anything else on the MotoGP calendar.

For Hot Bike readers and V-twin racing fans, the Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup represents a major global leap for bagger performance. With international teams, MotoGP integration, and factory-backed 200+ hp Road Glides battling on world-class circuits, 2026 is shaping up to redefine what heavyweight American touring bikes can do on the global stage.
