From the heart of North Carolina’s racing country comes a bold new performance statement from Sawicki Speed with its all-new Intimidator Series, a next-generation 2-into-1 exhaust platform engineered specifically for Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight (M8) Touring, Bagger, and Softail models.
Celebrating 15 years in business, Sawicki Speed marks the milestone with what it believes is the world’s first fully CAD-designed Harley-Davidson performance exhaust platform. The Intimidator Series represents more than a refinement—it’s a complete redesign developed through over 1,000 hours of research and development.
Built on the brand’s proven 2-into-1 foundation, the Intimidator Series was digitally modeled from primaries to muffler mounting points. Every bend, merge, and transition was optimized using advanced CAD engineering to maximize exhaust flow, improve fitment, and enhance real-world performance.
At the core of the system are 1 7/8-inch primaries stepped to 2 inches, feeding into a larger, airflow-optimized merge collector. This configuration increases exhaust velocity while carefully balancing backpressure and scavenging—critical factors for producing strong horsepower and torque gains across the RPM range.
According to Sawicki Speed, dyno testing revealed impressive results:
