Harley-Davidson has officially launched the second annual Let’s Ride Challenge Ride for Heroes, inviting riders across the United States to log miles in support of military service members, veterans, and first responders.
The 2026 challenge begins February 27 and runs through October 31, with an ambitious goal of reaching 100 million cumulative miles—each mile contributing toward a $1 million donation to organizations that serve America’s heroes.
Building on the success of last year’s program, the 2026 Let’s Ride Challenge expands eligibility to riders of all motorcycle brands, reinforcing Harley-Davidson’s broader mission to unite the riding community for a greater cause.
100 MILLION MILES, $1 MILLION CAUSE
The Ride for Heroes initiative supports a wide range of respected organizations, including:
- American Legion Riders
- Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association
- Concerns of Police Survivors
- Motorcycle Missions
- National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers
- Rolling Thunder
- Wounded Warrior Project
- Veterans of Foreign Wars
As riders accumulate miles throughout the season, they help move the overall campaign closer to its $1 million donation target—while also competing for serious hardware of their own.
MILEAGE TIERS
Participants compete within five mileage tiers, with the top rider in each category earning a brand-new 2026 Harley-Davidson motorcycle:
- Silver Tier (1–2,500 miles): Harley-Davidson Nightster
- Gold Tier (2,501–4,000 miles): Harley-Davidson Street Bob
- Platinum Tier (4,001–5,500 miles): Harley-Davidson Fat Boy
- Diamond Tier (5,501–7,500 miles): Harley-Davidson Street Glide
- Black & Orange Tier (7,501+ miles): Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide
Riders earn a “Rev Score” based on miles ridden and dealership engagement credits. The higher the score within each tier, the better the shot at taking home one of these new machines.
WHAT’S NEW IN 2026
Several key updates make this year’s challenge more accessible and competitive:
- Open to all motorcycle brands
- Registration available online, through the H-D App, or at authorized dealerships
- Earlier February 27 start date adds an extra month of riding
- Five mileage milestones unlock special rewards
While membership in the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) is not required to participate, members receive exclusive perks. Eligible H.O.G. members who win a motorcycle will also receive a $5,000 bonus. Additionally, new members who join between February 27 and April 30 using a dealer referral code can earn 1,000 bonus points toward their Rev Score.
HOW TO ENTER
To compete, riders must register and validate their starting mileage at an authorized Harley-Davidson dealership. Participants can scan the in-store QR code, register online, or use the H-D App—but initial mileage must be verified at a dealership.
Throughout the challenge period, riders are encouraged to continue logging miles, visiting dealerships for mileage validation, and collecting keywords to boost their Rev Score. The contest concludes October 31, 2026, with winners determined by the end of the year.
