Motul is doubling down on its commitment to motorcycle racing in the United States for 2026, unveiling what the company calls its most ambitious American powersports racing program to date. The global performance lubricant manufacturer announced a sweeping lineup of partnerships spanning road racing, drag racing, dirt racing, and off-road competition, reinforcing its role as a technical partner across some of the sport’s most demanding disciplines.
According to Motul North America General Manager Amber Bates, the expanded program highlights the company’s deepening involvement in U.S. motorsports.
“2026 is an important year for Motul in the United States,” Bates said in the announcement. “From the drag strip to the dirt, we are providing the technical edge necessary for athletes to push their bikes to their limits. We aren’t just a logo on a bike—our essential lubricants and technical support are a vital component of each team’s success.”
Major Presence in King of the Baggers

One of the most notable pillars of Motul’s 2026 campaign is its expanded relationship with Indian Factory Racing and Vance & Hines Motorsports in the MotoAmerica Mission King of the Baggers championship.
Motul will serve as the Official Oil for the three-rider Indian team, which enters a new era in partnership with Vance & Hines. The team will compete aboard high-performance Indian V-twin baggers designed to dominate the increasingly competitive King of the Baggers grid.
With massive displacement engines producing extreme power and heat, bagger racing provides a demanding proving ground for high-performance lubricants—making it a natural platform for Motul’s race-developed fluids.
Motul’s involvement also extends to the series itself, as the company continues its role as an official partner of MotoAmerica and the Mission King of the Baggers championship, further solidifying its presence in the premier V-twin road racing series in the United States.
Drag Strip Dominance with Vance & Hines Suzuki

Motul’s collaboration with Vance & Hines also reaches into the NHRA drag racing world.
The brand will support the powerhouse Factory Suzuki Pro Stock Motorcycle team, which campaigns highly modified Suzuki Hayabusa drag bikes. The team features two of the sport’s most successful riders: 2025 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Champion Richard Gadson and 2024 Champion Gaige Herrera.
Their machines are prepared by legendary NHRA champions Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines, making the Vance & Hines Suzuki operation one of the most formidable programs in professional drag racing.
Deep Support Across MotoAmerica Teams
Beyond series partnerships, Motul is backing several high-profile teams throughout the MotoAmerica paddock.
These include:
- ARCH Racing Factory Team – competing in the Super Hooligan National Championship with the ARCH 2S-R American V-twin platform.

- BPR Racing (Yamaha) – fielding a five-rider effort across Supersport and Super Hooligan classes.
- Altus Racing (Yamaha) – running a four-rider Supersport lineup.

- Saddlemen Race Development (Harley-Davidson – competing in both King of the Baggers and Super Hooligan.

For fans of V-twin performance racing, Saddlemen Race Development continues to be one of the most recognizable teams on the grid, developing race-winning Harley-Davidson-based machines while also pushing innovation in aftermarket performance components.
Supporting Rider Development
Motul is also continuing its involvement in rider development initiatives.
The brand remains the Official Oil of Royal Enfield’s Build. Train. Race. (BTR) program, which supports female riders building and racing their own motorcycles in both flat track and road racing competition.
The program has become one of the most unique grassroots development platforms in American motorcycle racing.
Off-Road and Supercross Involvement

Motul’s racing footprint goes well beyond asphalt.
For the 2026 season, the company is supporting off-road competitors including Ciaran Naran and Hero Racing in Baja and desert racing events. These races are known for punishing terrain and extreme temperatures—conditions that test both rider endurance and machine durability.
Motul is also backing teams in Supercross and motocross, including the International Supercross Race Team (ISRT) and Grindstone Friesen Group Racing, both campaigning Kawasaki equipment in major off-road racing series.

A Broader Motorsports Strategy
With racing programs spanning drag strips, desert stages, and road courses, Motul’s 2026 initiative reflects a broader strategy to remain deeply integrated with motorcycle competition at every level.
For riders, builders, and race teams alike, the brand’s involvement continues to emphasize a philosophy that performance begins long before the green flag drops—starting with the fluids that keep high-performance machines alive under extreme conditions.
As the 2026 racing season kicks into gear, Motul’s expanded presence ensures the brand will be embedded throughout the American motorcycle racing landscape—from the high-speed battles of King of the Baggers to the brutal terrain of Baja desert racing.
