For many riders, the Motul Hot Bike Tour isn’t just another motorcycle event—it’s a bucket-list experience. In 2025, one rider didn’t just attend. He lived it as a fully sponsored VIP.

Patrick Mack of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was selected as the grand prize winner of the EagleRider Motorcycle Rental Sweepstakes, earning a dream package that included airfare, hotel per diem, and a premium EagleRider motorcycle rental for the full 2025 Motul Hot Bike Tour route.

Running from May 1 through August 31, 2025, the sweepstakes was designed to remove every barrier between a rider and the open road. No hauling a bike. No complicated logistics. No prep work. Just show up, throw a leg over a machine, and ride.

Pat Mack won the EagleRider x Hot Bike Tour sweepstakes, which included roundtrip airfare, hotels, an EagleRider motorcycle rental and memories to last a lifetime.

Selected from thousands of entries, Patrick flew into Phoenix and was handed the keys to a desert-ready Harley-Davidson Road Glide through EagleRider. From there, he joined the Hot Bike crew for four unforgettable days of riding from Arizona to Nevada.

“The EagleRider rental bike was awesome,” Patrick said. “I picked it up with no hassles. I dropped it off with no hassles. It was a very smooth process and I’ll definitely do that again.”

Patrick’s adventure kicked off October 1 at Trask Performance in Phoenix, Arizona, where riders gathered for the official Tour launch party.

From there, the group headed north into the pines and red rock landscapes of Northern Arizona, carving sections of historic Route 66 before arriving at Grand Canyon Harley-Davidson.

Day three brought high-desert sweepers along Highway 89 and 89A, eventually landing at Zion Harley-Davidson near the towering cliffs of Southern Utah.

The final morning featured a behind-the-scenes factory tour at Kraus Motor Co. before the group carved across Lake Mead and rolled triumphantly into Las Vegas.

“I don’t even know how many hundreds of miles we rode through the desert,” Patrick said. “But you can’t beat it. A better ride, better people—just a great time overall.”

For Patrick, the desert miles were unforgettable.

“Riding through the desert was the best part. You’re almost on a different planet with a lot of good people to ride with,” he said.

The combination of sweeping vistas, wide-open highways, and the camaraderie that defines the Motul Hot Bike Tour left a lasting impression. By the time the group reached Las Vegas, Patrick wasn’t ready for it to end.

“Oh yeah, definitely,” he said when asked if he’d return. “I already asked the boss for the time off. Put me on the list—I’ll be here.”

What made this experience different wasn’t just the miles—it was the simplicity. EagleRider’s goal was clear: let the winner focus on the important stuff—riding.

No stress. No logistics. Just premium V-twin machinery, epic Southwest scenery, and four days immersed in the Hot Bike community.

Patrick boarded his flight back to Pittsburgh with more than stories—he left as a lifelong fan of both EagleRider and the Motul Hot Bike Tour.

“This was my first time doing the Motul Hot Bike Tour, and it won’t be my last,” he said. “Spectacular riding and a perfect tour for all involved.”

For riders watching from afar, Patrick’s journey proved one thing: sometimes the dream ride really does start with a simple entry form—and ends with desert miles you’ll never forget.
